Our mission
We aim to create a safe and empowering space for BIPOC identifying students to unite through community and address racism and intersecting issues. We aim to empower our members through community building social events, educating the wider ANU community on challenges faced by BIPOC students, and ensuring a safe space on campus for BIPOC students.
Meet Our Team
Membership
ANU BIPOC Department is for anyone who identifies as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour. All BIPOC-identifying students are automatically members of the Department and no sign‑up is required.
Department meetings and events are always open to all collective members, providing a safe space to speak openly about our experiences and opinions and to plan campaigns and events
Most of our events do not require tickets; if a ticket is needed, it will be clearly stated in the event description!
