The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, and pays respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. Emphasis on sovereignty never being ceded.

Semester 1 Reflection
Reflections on community building and successful events with good turnouts.
Market day was particularly effective for outreach and selling merchandise.
Bush Week Reflection
Positive feedback on new friendships formed and the overall success of events.

The panel was highly successful, with a suggestion for more frequent events.
Safe Space Update
Ongoing meetings with James, with minimal progress so far.

Planning to pass a motion at the OGM to address ANU’s lack of response to the Racism Report and emphasize the need for service provision for disclosures of racism, highlighting intersectionality.
