Introduction

The ANU BIPOC Department ("we," "us," "our") is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases and complying with the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable privacy laws and regulations. This Returns Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Be in the original packaging.

• Be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

• Customised or personalised items.

• Gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at sa.bipoc@anu.edu.au with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at sa.bipoc@anu.edu.au. We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sa.bipoc@anu.edu.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
