The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

1. Motions Passed:

   • Honoraria Allocation: $3,500 allocated to specific members for their contributions.

   • Removal of 2024 Officers and Executive: Acknowledged the current executive term ending in November 2024.

   • Appointment of 2025 Officers and Executive: New officers to start from December 2024.

   • Changes to Trustees: 2025 trustees appointed, with Aleesya and Florence added to the bank account.

2. Mural Discussion:

   • DVC reported the mural as unauthorized, with threats of cleaning fees and restricted access if repeated.

   • Various strategies discussed, including public pressure and painting the interior walls with chalk paint.

3. Handover and Gratitude:

   • All outgoing executives to complete handovers.

   • Appreciation expressed to all team members for their hard work and dedication.
