BIPOC Officer Report

1. Exec reflections:

   • Secretary- bipoc base revamp

     Social- delegate tasks more 

     Advocacy- racism report

     Publicity- advocacy on the socials 

     BASC- connect more w BASC community on campus 

     Post grad- event idea for panel, anti-colonialism 

2. Spoke at rally on the Nakba:

   • Want to advocate within the university

   • Highlighted how advocates have been threatened by/ at uni

3. SRC

   • Trump motion

   • Liberal party and Dutton election motion

4. Zine & racism report update

Social Officer Report

1. Ball Planning:

   • 16th, rex, drinks/ catering package

   • Ball committee EOI out

   • Will sort out joint budget w indigenous dept

2. Zine:

   • Put together and will get quotes

3. Bush week:

   • Delegate more effectively

   • Events are sorted

   • All exec needs to be involved

Advocacy Officer Report

1. Survey launch

   • Friday at chai and chats for racism report

   • Print out A3 QR code 

   • Different platforms have been researched- survey monkey has been selected 

   • It will be open during the break and potentially pushed further during bush week if there is a lack of responses

   • A graphic will also be posted explaining what the report/ survey is

Publicity Officer Report

1. BIPOC Ball:

   • To do regarding social 

   • Most will be at end of break 

   • Theme needs to be decided to sort out advertising => could ask sub committee or poll

   • Cover page
