  1. Officer Elections:

    • Secretary: Saira Afridi (uncontested, accepted unanimously)

    • Treasurer: Florence Yao

    • Social Officer: Justine Friedman (uncontested, accepted unanimously)

    • Advocacy Officer: Anenya Kale (absent, accepted unanimously)

    • Publicity Officer: Aria Kanhukamwe (preferred role), speech read for Vibha Balaji

    • BASC Officer: Daniella Byishimo

    • Web Designer: Linh Pham

    • Post-Graduate Representative: Annto Hassen

  2. Discussion Points:

    • Motion to introduce Web Designer to the Constitution was passed unanimously.

    • Questions raised about role management for Web Designer; Allyssa and Linh shared their plans for managing workload.
