The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

BIPOC Officer Report

1. White supremacy attack

   • Occurred again last Thursday

   • Police report has been made

   • Email sent to same individuals as last time

   • Outcome- more security cameras at Tjabal, asked whether we would like the same 

   • Will Burfoot reached out too

   • Police have been provided with CCTV footage, charges havent been made 

   • Requested that CCTV of last event will be sent to AFP

   • Will follow up re meetings 

2. Charlie Kirk shrine 

   • Outside Menzies

   • Could be related with white supremacy 

3. Mural 

   • Timeline from Lisa Kennedy- reasoning as to why it was taken down 

   • Hoping to have big action together w all other departments

4. Panel on monday

   • Invoice will be sent through soon

5. Racism report 

   • To do: recommendations and incidents 

   • Will get the Indigenous dept and the International dept to write
