Zine event during the holidays was great, while not a lot of attendees as expected for the holiday break, but the feedback was good and got some art into the zine.
Re: Panel for Emma what is the set date for the panel so i can send messages to Indigenous Staff network. I can also possibly get in touch with NECTAR ( early career academics at the ANU) ?

General
For bigger events please print posters so we can stick them up around campus; all exec, please help out
Also creating a reel-format promo would be really great. It doesn’t have to be complicated content; just a graphic animation and music could work too.
Please check out the event calendar I created, lmk if you dont have acces yet and keep an eye out.
I would also appreciate it if everyone in the exce team could help out with hosting some events
I want to run weekly study sessions but I work fortnightly so I need volunteers from exec to run events that I can’t attend
If you see question marks in the coordinator column, please volunteer yourself and add yourself in

First Year Rep Report
What is the budget for panels and who needs to do the food order?
For Emma (a possible panelist) is the Director of the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (CPAS), Professor Sujatha Raman - I can ask my lecturer for any further information to get in touch with her
For first year rep stuff I was thinking about a "First Year Sleepover/Slumber Party" starting with a craft activity then a movie in base - Was wondering if this is a decent idea and what last year's first year events looked like
